Prime Minister ordered the resignation of a number of assistant hakims of Almaty province and Almaty city

Astana. - RK Prime Minister, Karim Masimov, ordered the resignation of the assistant hakims of Almaty city Yakov Zayats and Kairat Bukenov, the assistant hakim of Almaty province Alikhan Toybayev, the hakim of Talgar district, Almaty province, Kenzhebek Omarbayev, the assistant hakim of Talgar district Kalimoldu Baibolov, and the hakim of Karasai district, Almaty province, Bulatbek Kutpanov, - reports the correspondent of our news agency.

"The assistant hakim of Almaty city Mr. Zayats has taken part in, and supervised this question (the illegal allotment of land plots) all this time, therefore I order the hakim of the city to remove him from his position," Prime Minister said, "The assistant hakim Kairat Bukenov has also made decisions as he's been in charge of these documents. Therefore I order (the city hakim) to remove him from his position."

Besides, Prime Minister ordered the hakim of Almaty province Serik Umbetov "to remove from his position the assistant hakim of the province Alikhan Toybayev, who has also taken similar decisions." Mr.
Masimov also ordered to remove from their positions the hakim of Talgar district Kenzhebek Omarbayev and the assistant hakim of Talgar district Kalimoldu Baibolov, and the hakim of Karasai district Bulatbek Kutpanov.

He also ordered the hakims of Almaty city and Almaty province "to eliminate all the discrepancies connected with the illegal construction in Almaty and Almaty province."

"The question whether any punishment will be inflicted upon the hakims of Almaty and Almaty province will be decided by the head of the state," concluded the political executive.
