First separate claims against Hindus: to evict and to demolish cottages

April 15, 2005, The Hakimat of the Karasai district, the Almaty oblast and The Almaty Oblast Department of Land Resources Management issued first two separate personal claims from the list (as prescribed by Onalbayev instruction) against SKC members
A.N. Minin and A.V. Markin: to evict from the plots of land, to demolish the illegally constructed buildings and declare the records in the horticultural books null and void.

The decision of the Karasai district court of May 27, 2005:
To fully sustain the claim of the Hakimat of the Karasai district, the Almaty region. The judge: Zh.K. Zhailybaev.

The decision of the college of civil cases of the Almaty Oblast Court of July 27, 2005:
To leave the decision of the Karasai district court unchanged. The chairman of the college: Z. Seitov.

Resolution of the supervisory board of civil cases of the Almaty Oblast Court:
To leave the decision of the Almaty oblast court unchanged. The chairman of the board: S.O. Karymsakov.
