Claim to vacate the plots and demolish Hindu's cottages

December 9, 2004 The Almaty Oblast Department of Land Resources Management issued claim against RO SKC: To vacate the garden plots (30 plots), to evict the residents of the cottages, to demolish the illegally constructed and reconstructed cottages. The defendantи: Horticultural association Ptitsevod, RO SKC, 19 cottage owners (all of them are members of RO SKC). The list of 64 members of RO SKC passport numbers and addresses dated March 20, 2004 provided by Karasai District Hakimat has been attached to the records of court.

The decision of the Karasai district court of February 15, 2005:
To return the claim of the Almaty Oblast Department of Land Resources Management with all the appendixes. The judge: R.Zh. Bidildanov.
