3 Land Acts with the functional purpose 'subsidiary farm' issued to the members of SKC

April 29, 1999 Land Committee has issued MHS 3 land acts for the lots of land of: 15,0; 15,2; 12,8 hectares with the functional purpose: 'subsidiary farm' on the bases the sale contract of 20/03/1999. Government bodies should not accept documents with changes unless there is a sign of a notary “corrections should be credited”. Cadastral maps on lots with different functional purposes are kept separately both in Land Committee and Hakimat and they never get mixed, thus the change of functional purpose in the document should’ve been immediately noticed by the Government Bodies.
