Farmer sold the land to 3 members of SKC

March 20, 1999 Sale and purchase agreement for the land of 42, 8 hectares between Abdykalykov and members of RO Society for Krishna Consciousness: Markin, Hibatulin, Shklovskaya (further MHS) was compiled by a notary and signed by the parties of the deal. The functional purpose of the land in the sale contract was changed from 'peasant farm' to 'subsidiary farm' without sigh of a notary “corrections should be credited”. The only body which is authorized to change functional purpose of the land is Hakimat (Governer’s office), which draws up special documents for it, no individuals, legal entities or notary can make such a change whimsically.
