The date of demolition of 13 more Hare Krishna houses is appointed

Karasai District authorities are going to demolish 13 houses of members of Society for Krishna Consciousness.  The date appointed for demolition is May 4th, 2007.

The directors to the Society for Krishna Consciousness learned from the court executors that District Hakimat is pushing them to conduct demolition as soon as possible. 

Such a conduct of local authorities brings to nothing an initiative of Kazakhstan Government to resolve the conflict around Krishna community in a peaceful way. In March 2007 the Government of Kazakhstan announced its intention to resolve the conflict by negotiation.

Members of the Society for Krishna Consciousness hope that the negotiation will actually start and resolution which would satisfy all parties involved will be found.
