Hindus are questioned by Financial Police

January  29th, Hibatullin’s mother-in-law came to Kaskelen financial police office of investigator Bahyt Babayev. Babayev explained that she is invited because her son-in-law Hibatullin is under investigation for the criminal case on forgery of documents, on the basis of Criminal Code, article 325 part 1. She was told that prior to her visit, Abdykalykov, the first owner of the 116 acres land plot, visited the office of the inspector and gave his evidences. She was asked few questions about her son-in-law location, position, occupation etc.

She asked why she was given a strange and illiterate report a day before, where she was presented as a victim. Babayev answered that the rights of victim and witness are the similar and may be it was a mistake in papers.
