Financial police wants evidence from Krishna follower

26 of January, 2007 a young person about 20 years old came to the Hindu temple and asked if Abdykalykov (the person the land of 116 acres was originally bought from on 1999 by Hibatullin, Markin and Sklovskaya ) lives there. The answer was no. The young man asked if he can see the documents for the building? The documents were not given and the person left.

Next day, 27th of January, 2007 same person appeared at the apartment of Hibatullin (the person, who was part of original transaction of 1999) and introduced himself as Ernat, a worker of financial police of Karasai district.

He said that a year ago Hibatullin’s mother-in-law spoke to him and he brought her the report she gave that time to sign. Mother-in-law was not at home thus the financial police worker left the number of his mobile phone and the report and left. Hibatullin immediately started reading the report left by inspector, the inspector suddenly came back and said that he should have not left the report. He took the report back and left. 

Anyhow Hibatullin managed to briefly read the report. Protocol was done by inspector Babayev. In the end of it there was original report given by his mother-in-law, who said that she bought the apartment using her own money. But the beginning part of the report was completely new. There Hibatullin’s mother-in-aw was presented as a victim and some foreign preacher was mentioned there.

Next day the inspector from financial police came back. Hibatullin’s mother-in-law was at home. He gave her the report to sign. It wasn’t the report she gave a year ago. It was very illiterate, illogical and she was presented as a victim there. She said that she won’t sign such a nonce. The inspector gave her invitation for Monday, Jan 29th to his office in Kaskelen (witch is the centre of Karasai district). He said that they will speak there. On the invitation it was written that she is invited as a witness of a criminal case.
