3 more Hindu houses to be demolished

January 29, 2006 the notifications for demolition of 3 summer cottages of members of SKC, Lelchuk and Ustmanova, were delivered to one of the owners.  The notifications were dated by 29th of January, 2007.

It was written that according to the decision of the court of 27th of November, 2006 and in other case 20th of November, 2006 the owners of the houses should evacuate their cottages and destroy them within 5 days, otherwise the demolition would be conducted by force at their expense. The notifications were signed by the court executor S.E. Baimuhanov.

Lelchuk and Ustmanova were never officially invited to court, they have never received invitations to participate in the court hearings and they have never received the decisions of the court.

Lelchuk and Ustmanova have also received and order to come to the Court Executives Office on 2nd of February, 2007 at 10 am.

On 2nd of February the 5 days given by court executive for willful demolition would be expired. We assume that the forceful demolition of three summer cottages may take place either on the same or next day.
