A criminal case against Hindus announced

January 5th, 2007 the General Prosecutor’s office representative A. Kravchenko announced at the briefing of the government Commission on Hindu's issue that: "January 3rd, 2007 a criminal case has initiated by the Prosecutors Office of Karasai District in regards of Markin, Hibatullin and Shklovskaya based on the fact that these citizans gave a sale-purchase agreement between Abdykalykov dated March 20th, 1999 to the Regional land Committee notarized by private notary Nurov, who changed the functional land purpose from peasant farm to subsidiary farm, witch is considered to be "the forgery of the legal documents" part 1 of 325 article of the criminal code."
Markin, Hibatullin and Shklovskaya are the members of the Hindu commune.
Accusation was announced without even finishing investigation, witch is illegal.
