Hindus were refused to legalize their property

January 5th, 2007 being refused for privatization of  their property, 20 members of horticultural association "Priozerye", who are the summer cottages owners and the members of the Hindu commune, went for the session of the Legalization Commission, which has sessions each Friday. (Last year Kazakhstan approved the Law on property legalization valid untill April, 2007. The law gives a way to the owners to legalize their undocumented property by sharing 10% of the property cost with the State.) Without any reason people were refused in legalization. No written answer was given nor documents were accepted.
