Karasai court canceled registration of HA "Priozerye"

December 25, 2006 Karasai regional court ruled to cancel the registration of the horticultural association "Priozerye" registered by the Almaty department of the Ministry of justice. Thus Karasai regional court exceed the limitation of jurisdiction by it's decision.

In the court Priozyerye members and the Hindus got the list of privatization, given by the Land Committee representative. On the front page of this document signed by the deputy Hakim Tusupov it was written that Special Commission decided to get the land plots privatized according to an attached list. Two rest pages were the list of  54 surnames of cottagers. The list was signed by the Hakim of the Karasai District B. Kutpanov. There are no members of HA "Priozyerye" nor Hindus in this list.
