Another one claim against Hindu: to evict and demolish cottage

August 22, 2005 The Hakimat of the Karasai district, the Almaty oblast, and the Almaty Oblast Department of Land Resources Management issued the claim against member of SKC S.Y. Soroka: to evict from the plots of land, to demolish the illegally constructed buildings and declare the records in the horticultural books null and void.

To fully sustain the claim of the Hakimat of the Karasai district, the Almaty region. The judge: Zh.K. Zhailybaev.
