The Supreme court hand over the right of use of the land to SKC

June 30, 2005 the Supreme Court of the RK made the decision on the claim of RO SKC to Zhaksybekov: To hand over the right of use of the 3 plots of land from Zhaksybekov to Consortium of Kazakh and Hungarian SKC and after registration in local registering bodies give Consortium the right of private ownership.

Before the land was registered on the order of the Supreme Court the Hakim brought 3rd claim to declare all the contracts null and void and transfer all the plots of land at issue to the land reserve of the district. (see claim dated May 16, 2005).
