Seize Hindu commune land, cancel all the land sale-purchase deals

May 16, 2005 the Hakim brought 3d claim to consider null and void: the contract of sale-purchase of land dated March 20, 1999; the state acts of permanent land usage No.0025923, 0025924, 0025925; the barter contract of May 30, 2002; the decree of the Hakim of the Karasai district No.3-480 of March 27, 2004; the contract of sale-purchase No.34768 of March 29, 2004; the contract of sale-purchase 06/04/04 and transfer the 3 plots of land of RO SKC to Karasai District land reserve without compensation.

Decision of the Karasai District Court of July 6, 2005:
To adjudicate the claim of Hakim in corpore. The judge:  Zh.K. Zhailybaev.

The decision of the college of the Almaty Province Court of August 24, 2005:
To cancel the decision of the Karasai district court of July 6, 2005, and return the case for revision. Chairman of the college: U.S. Esbergenov.

Decision of the Karasai District Court of December 22, 2005:
To sustain the claim of the Hakim of the Karasai district. To declare all the contracts null and void and transfer all the plots of land at issue to the land reserve of the district. The judge: R.Zh. Bidildanov.

The decision of the college of the Almaty Province Court of March 29, 2005:
To leave the decision of the Karasai district court unchanged.

Present state:
July 26, 2006 case lost in Almaty Province Court Supervision Pannel. An appeal had been made to the supervision pannel of the Supreme court of Kazakhstan.
